I would advise you to get your thyroid under control and also treat the vaginal discharge. So kindly visit an endocrinologist and an OBGYN to control these problems. A few lifestyle changes which would help in attaining an ideal heath are: - Drink lots of water and stay well hydrated at all times of the day(Aim to drink 2.5-3 liters of water everyday) - Be careful with caffeine aim to drink caffeinated drinks such as coffee, tea, cola just 1 or 2 times a day, above 6 such drinks would make you irritable, anxious and will negatively affect your performance - Don't skip meals, Eat healthy, clean and nutritious diet - Adults need upto 8 hours of sleep per night - Destress yourself with methods such as yoga/meditation. - Exercise regularly - Maintain an ideal weigh as per your BMI

Hello dear patient hypothyroidism and arthritis are related to each other. You need to control thyroid problem before correcting arthritis as the bones and joints become weak. For vaginal discharge you need to take antibiotics so that it can be controlled. You and your husband need to adjust till this infection is controlled otherwise it may spread. I would like you to take consultation with me to discuss your problem.
