Blood pressure in this range is unlikely to cause breathlessness.However there are other causes to be ruled out ,You should visit a emergency department in your area for clinical examination ,baseline ECG and x-ray chest.

first get one ECG done as soon as possible to rule out any cardiac cause for breathlessness.there are various causes of breathlessness but to be on safer side,ECG is must.
Best to visit the emergency asap to rule out any serious issue.its unlikely to be related to bp.may be something as simple as gastritis but all cases of breathlessness must be physically examined
