It's been a while my BP is 140/80 and after a week it's 150/80... And it's been more than two weeks I have changed my lifestyle from a sedantary to healthy like exercising morning and evening ... Eating healthy food ... Should I need to be worried ?

Not necessarily... It depends when u check your BP if you check it immediately after working out or when your stressed or when you have just got home it will be high... You have to check it when you are relaxed and two readings of high bp should be taken
