One tablet with breakfast morning is enough!
Although
You should not think of hypertension as such because modern measures of normal blood pressure keeps on changing with time!
Hence AYURVEDA says
Keep and eye on your clinical symptoms whether you are feeling ,dizziness, vertigo, weakness, acidity like symptoms along with increased bp!
If your are facing such symptoms then You need to get proper AYURVEDA treatment ...as mukta H ati alone will not cure you permanently!
Consult first
Better to ask ur Doctor who prescribed the medicine.Your doctor knows ur health condition, accordingly he fix dose and time.Other doctor can only apply general rule that may not be suitable to u.
Just taking muktavati alone might not help you to cure your problem completely . 150/100 mm/Hg pressure for a 30 yr old female is likely due to an underlying problem. Find out the real cause and get treated for that.
