I have addressed your query in recent past that time you have not mentioned from where thyroid medicine started If Doctor has started thyroid medicine in recent time gradual increase in dose would be better option If blood pressure fluctuat within higher range it can be harmful as your blood pressure is decreasing gradually it would be great In hypertensive Patient blood pressure may remain slightly higher as essential hypertensive so do not worry
Next Steps
Do not change doctor and take proper follow up keep your Blood pressure in check Morning blood pressure readings should be taken after emptying your bladder but before taking blood pressure medication or drinking coffee. After using the bathroom, sit quietly for 5 minutes. Avoid potential stressors, such as checking work emails or watching the news, and take it Evening bp can vary 30 % as you have taken medication, food and done activity through out day keep regular charting if evening bp remain higher doctor will devide the morning dosage in 2 half it will further help you
