A TSH of 0.60 is at the lower end of normal (typical range 0.4â4.0 mIU/L) but does not by itself confirm hyperthyroidism. To diagnose hyperthyroidism, you need Free T3 and Free T4 levels in addition â if TSH is low AND FT3/FT4 are elevated, that confirms it. Your symptoms (palpitations, weight loss, hair loss, sweating, stomach issues) are indeed consistent with hyperthyroidism, but these can also be caused by anxiety, anemia, or other conditions. Please get a complete thyroid function test (TSH + Free T3 + Free T4) and thyroid antibodies (Anti-TPO, Anti-TSH receptor) done urgently to get a clear picture.
Next Steps
Get Free T3, Free T4, and thyroid antibodies done along with a CBC. Consult an endocrinologist or physician with these results. Do not start any thyroid medication without a confirmed diagnosis. Please consult me directly on Practo for a detailed evaluation.
Get a complete thyroid function test. That will help better to diagnose hyperthyroidism or not. Are you using any medication for thyroid? What is your Haemoglobin level?
