Hypersomnia, Memory loss, Fatigue
Hi... I am suffering from hypersomnia from past many years, though tried to change my lifestyle, routine and doing yogasanas but nothing is working out.. I can sleep for more than 12 hours at one stretch, if i forcefully try getting up early i feel dizziness through out the day and always feel fatigue n body pain,from past 6 months i m facing memory loss, i really dont get to knw whether i really forget or tend to forget, lack of concentration, confused, Anxiety..now coz of all these disorders m loosing my confidence For example though i knew/have info or knoweldge about some topic but when presenting to others i really become blank i cannot memorize anything i feel like i havent heard or known any info or knoweldge about that topic at all n while driving if any other vehicle pass next me my Hands strt shivering..I havent had any medical problems previously nor undergone any treatment,all these problem affecting my marriage life m not able explain my problem to anyone as m poor speaker

Don't take stress. Whenever possible get Thyroid and CBC done. You have to make an effort to set your routine like even if you feel lazy get up on time. This way your biological clock will be set. Take brahmi vati 1 tab morng evening.

Try to change ur lifestyle with refreshing new ways alternate the que of working. Take brahmi vati 2 tab per day. Brahmi power granules two tsf in a glass of warm milk. Saraswataarishtam two tsf twice a day after food.

Get ur thyroid profile, CBC, blood sugar fasting checked from some lab. In the meanwhile Follow this 1. Don't take tea empty stomach. Eat something like a banana (if you are not diabetic). ) or any seasonal fruit or soaked almonds and a glass of water first thing in the morning (within 10 mins of waking up). No only biscuits or rusk will not do. 2. Don't Overeat 3. Take your breakfast every day. Don't skip it. U should eat whatever ur mother or grandparent eat in bfast. I mean to say whatever is ur traditional food. If punjabi eat paratha, if belongs to south then take idli/ dosa etc. 4. Have light meals every 2 hours (in addition to your breakfast, lunch n dinner) e.g. Nariyal paani, chaach, a handful of dry fruits, a handful of peanuts, any fresh n seasonal fruit, a cup of curd/milk etc 5. Finish your dinner at least 2 hours before going to sleep. 6. Maintain active life style 7. Avoid fast foods, spicy n fried foods, Carbonated beverages 8. Take a lot of green vegetables n fruit. 9. 1st of all you need relaxation. Don't be anxious and stressed.I think you become weak day by day. Take adequate diet and plenty of water. Take green vegetables and milk,soybean, and also multivitamin supplement.
