Homeopathic medicines have shown great results in cases of melasma or chloasma or blemishes or pigmentation. They help to better the problem from its root slowly and gradually. Homeopathy believes that the use of creams and ointments in skin disorders leads to the suppression (temporary removal) of the main symptoms of the internal disease which is done in the conventional or allopathic treatment. In allopathic treatment only creams are used to treat the condition and the internal problem is overlooked. The melasma spots may become lighter temporarily but they come back and can be even worse with these creams and lotions. Homeopathy concurs that skin disorders are to be treated from within. A well-prescribed medicine not only takes care of hyper pigmentation but also treats as a whole and improves general health as well. A homeopathic constitutional treatment will give you permanent cure naturally You can easily take an online consultation for further treatment guidance and permanent cure without any side effects Medicines will reach you via courier services

You can apply aloe vera juice/gel from its leaf (fresh), not from ready made gels available in market. Remove skin of an aloe Vera leaf. Take /scoop out gel. Apply this gel to your skin. Wash with plain water after an hour. Or keep it overnight. Use some sunblock with SPF (at least 50) every time you go out in sun. Apply it 30 mins before going out Wear full sleeves shirt. Use umbrella when going in sun. For more details u can consult online

Melisma is very resistant hyperpigmentation. That means it does not go easily beacause it is there in the deep layers of skin & there r some internal factors also responsible for this. Most important is sun protection so use of sunscreen daily is must if u want to get rid of any pigmentations.
Next Steps
For moderate to dark melasma u need skin treatments like chemical peels , IPL or lasers
Health Tips
Potato or tomato juice r natural lighting agents (these can be applied by mixing it with honey) . Some skin lightening creams r available in the market but these r to be used very cautiously as these have very strong chemical agents which sometimes can irritate ur skin. Most important is drink plenty of fluids & eat healthy fruits & vegetables. These measures can help in reducing mild melasma
