Good day,I have a problem of hyperacidity which started a year ago.I left normal tea and tried green tea but that is also giving me acidity.I want to try mulethi for acidity.Kindly advise in what form should I eat it and when and how many times in a day can I eat it?What can I drink in place of normal tea mrng?

Hello dear,no need to worry,both teas are acidic, Take Decoction of fresh Giloy and Mulethi as bed tea ,or U can drink lukewarm water,U can take Mulethi water before meals
