Hunger during pregnancy
Doctors, I am in my first trimester (7 weeks) pregnant now. I feel very hungry in through out the day, but the hunger is more evening between 5pm to 7pm. I eat fruits, but within 10 minutes I feel hungry, I don't know how to manage it. Is this normal? Please guide me what I can eat in the evening to manage evening hunger.
