Your HSG report is normal.
We are seeing minimum spillage of contrast media on both sides because the person doing HSG gave less contrast medium. If he had pushed more contrast, there would have been more spillage.
It would have being better if u could have attached the films too. Since the report says minimal spillage, but nevertheless spillage is there so chance of naturally conceiving is there. But if the spillage has come in the 3 or 4th HSG films then probably it's a delayed spill rather than d minimal and in that case pregnancy naturally wud be difficult...( The tubes r open but aren't functioning properly) chances of having ectopic pregnancy is also der in that case. So whenever u do get pregnant, get an USG for localisation the site of pregnancy.
