See madam as you mentioned she has genelised swelling .
Her hs crp is 18 which is high.
She is hypertensive also.
Generally hs crp indicates inflamatory process in blood vessels due to atherosclerosis which may lead to heart failure.
This lady is has high rise of CVA.
Please consult a cardiologist ASAP.
