Ofcourse.. You can do HRCt
But remind you that one HRCT equal to 300 times chest xray radiation exposure so better to avoid once it is not absolutely indicated.. Always do once your adviced.. For simple pnemonia you can manage with just one chest xray and repeat after 4-6weeks after 1st one just for follow up
