Start the medications at home ... it is possibly covid...keep a check on spo2 level ... if its decreasing below 90% admit the patient

Depends on symptoms she is having bcoz by reports it is moderate covid infection and if worsening then converting to severe infection. Get her admitted to hospital facility for proper management
