How to treat cold during pregnancy
Hi, I am a 5 months pregnant, I have cold and troat pain. How to treat these, will it effect baby. Which home remedies help to get relief

First you get tested for covid ,regarding home remedy you need to do salt water gargling ,steam inhalation avoid cool things for eating and drinking

Take cetrizine and antibiotics if u have severe pain and cold.....it will not harm ur baby....steam inhalation with vicks...

Take steam inhalation and do saline/betadiene gargles If not subsiding then medications needs to be started

Steam inhalation and salt water gargling if it’s severe then take cetrizine Wait 4 days if not subsiding then u need antibiotics

Tab Sinarest twice a day for 3 days. Warm saline gargles. Drink warm water
