stay hydrated with plenty of fluids, getting adequate rest, and using steam for congestion. You can also try warm salt water gargles for a sore throat and consume warm soups.
A humidifier or a bowl of warm water can help with nasal congestion and sinus pressure. Inhaling steam can also help loosen mucus.
