I am a 28 years old male with weight 74.7 kg and BMI 27.1. Recently I have undergone a full body checkup. My triglycerides is 457,HDL is 20 , VLDL is 91.4 , LDL is 77.6 and Cholesterol/HDL ratio is 9.45.I have been advised to take Fenolip-145. Shall I start the medication or do you think doing regular exercise along with diet change can lower the level ? Need your valuabe suggestions for the above query. Thanks🙏

You should indulge in physical activity, definitely a brisk walk for 5000 steps in the morning.
