How to reduce my weight?
I am 5ft4' and my weight is 120kg.I am pure vegetarian. Also I have diabetes and high BP. Also have thyroid problem and 125mg thyroxin tablet daily. I am housewife and have no kids. Pls help me for reducing weight.
