Fatigue and problem in reducing weight
Hi Doctor, i have problem of extreme fatigue, reducing weight and eye flashes, i suspect my self for adrenal fatigue as i was under emotional stress for long time. my 24 hr urinary free cortisol is 9.11u/dl but in blood its coming normal, please advise what can be done on this, pls pls reply as i could not cope up with daily activities:(

you need to follow a real good diet protocol . Vegetables – Incorporate as many vegetables as possible in diet. All salads are healthy and provide lot of fiber there by taking good care of your bowel movementsFruits – Again fruits are healthy. They provide all kinds of antioxidants that one needs to fight free radicals that form cancer. They also provide all trace elements. Be car.eful to eat in moderation if you have Diabetes..
