Constant fatigue
Off late I have been experiencing constant fatigue even without any physical exertion. I am worried if it could be diabetes because my mother faces similar symptoms.

Constant fatigue could be one of the symptoms of diabetes. You may want to see a diabetologist and get further assessment and blood tests.
