Adrenal fatigue symptoms
Hi, I have all the symptoms of low adrenal function. I have extreme fatigue in the mornings with dizziness and low blood sugar, I get better as the day progresses. My cortisol level was 7.1 and dhea was 540. I have chronic fatigue for the past 1 year after a very intense workout plan. I would like to know if my adrenals r working well and if my cort isol is low. I don't have anaemia or b12 problem so the fatigue is not because of that. Is there any treatment option for this. Kindly advice.

Cortisol levels fluctuate throughout the day. You should personally visit an endocrinologist because physical examination is very important in this case.
