I want to reduce my belly fat and love handles. I am scared that with the workout I'm doing I will also lose my breast and buttocks fat. Please suggest meals and exercises which might help in reduction of only the belly fat if that is possible. I am currently eating lots of fruits and veggies including spinach+half banana+mint+cucumber smoothie every morning. I am also drinking boiled bottle guard water every morning empty stomach and evening with pepper in it. I'm scared that having a calorie deficit diet might make me lose my much loved assets. :'-(
