How to manage my Stress and depression
Please give me tips to manage my depression because of my family problems. Some times i get so depressed that feel to suicide . But I have four months year old baby . Please help me.

Dear madam, in sorry to hear about that , please don't diagnose Ur self with depression . Any problem can be solved . To solve Ur problem I need to know the nature of problem. Can u enumerate it.

Please consult a psychiatrist asap! Call your family / friends. Please donot think about harming yourself. Whatever you are feeling is all temporary, this will pass. Suicide is certainly not the solution.

Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help here. Many times we don't know how to deal with a stressor, then feel like oho...no...I can't.....then we either fly away from that . When there is no flying away then we make our self strong enough to face it ..right. This is know as learning about how to cope ... Adoption. When can't able to cope then ....we feel depressed and sad. Who will take care of the baby....it's you right...baby needs you .... On evaluation I feel, well we can definitely help you ... It's not the biggest problem of your life and you know that.... You can deal with it.... Let's have a discussion. We will help you out if this. Medication is not the only solution here. You need to talk & do therapy.

Feeling low, having crying spells, sleep and appetite disturbances, and difficulty in concentration and attention are some of the signs of Depression. Consult a Psychiatrist for a detailed assessment. It is likely with medication and counseling the symptoms will improve. If you are feeling suicidal or hopeless consult a Psychiatrist immediately.
