To assist you in reducing your HbA1c readings, I can suggest the foods listed below:
The best choices for persons with diabetes are entire, unprocessed foods including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, and lean proteins. They include a lot of nutrients and can control blood sugar levels.
Avoid processed and sugary foods: Steer clear of items high in added sugars, such as cakes, cookies, candies, and sugary beverages. Certain foods can impair your health and produce sharp rises in blood sugar levels.
Concentrate on complex carbohydrates: Go for fiber-rich complex carbohydrates including whole grains, fruits, and vegetables. They digest more slowly, which results in a more gradual and steady increase in blood sugar levels.
Add healthy fats: Eat healthy fats that are necessary for optimal health and can help control blood sugar levels, such as nuts, seeds, avocados, and fatty seafood.
Reduce your intake of saturated and trans fats, which are present in processed foods and animal products and can raise your risk of heart disease.
Reduce your portion sizes: You can better control your blood sugar levels by reducing your meal sizes. If you want to make sure you are consuming the proper amount of food, use a scale or measuring cups.
Keep hydrated by sipping lots of water and avoiding sugary beverages. Water aids in the body's removal of toxins and extra sugar.
It's critical to routinely check your blood sugar levels and speak with your dietician
Add fruits and vegetables in your diet. Add more fibers in your diet.
Inrake Vegetables juice, salad on daily basis. Take 1tsp triphala powder at bedtime with normal water 2 to 3 days in a week.
