I am 16 yr scholar and I am 80 kg in weight. How should I reduce my weight easily and quickly ( it doesn't mean in 4 days I mean in a month or two) I am 175 cm talk so please suggest me diet plan and excercise but please don't suggest running for 30 min as because of that I am currently suffering from ankle sprain and please consider I am a little choosy
