How to increase height
I am 23 years old female, I want to increase my height, but I am lactose intolerant person, I l not consume milk everyday from my childhood to till now , and I am D vitamin deficiency person , how can I increase my height I am 4.10 current height and I am obese 82kg Please give me tips

Hi. To answer to your query, after you achieve a certain age specially post puberty, attainment of height via food and exercise is not possible as you have already reached your genetic potential. Thought in your case your lactose intolerance and Vitamin D deficiency could be the culprit. There have been procedures like limb lengthening , which have been successful in increment of height, for that you need to consult an Orthopaedic surgeon.

Hi. After attainment of an age there is restriction in height growth through food or exercise..May b an orthopedician can help you through surgical means

You need an endocrinologist opinion Thyroid profile test required to be done Now problem is not height Problem is that hope you don't have any major illness
