Hi All,
My baby born weight is 2.4kg
Today she is 3 months old
Her weight is 4.4 kg and her height is 55.5 cm
Kindly suggest is she is healthy

Birth weight 2.4 kg means low birth weight which may be due to premature birth or intrauterine growth retardation.
Height/ length also seems to be less than normal
However, these children catch up weight soon.
Your baby needs thorough examination by pediatrician
