Hello, Start with exercising as it helps in improving metabolism. It can be simple jogging or brisk walking. Increase the amount of protein in your diet and add good fats like nuts and seeds to your diet. Avoiding junk and food from out completely Avoid fatty and sugary foods Add fruits and vegetables to your diet Drink plenty of water Eat small and frequent meals Exercise for at least an hour Eat correct breakfast Follow a balanced diet

-take good amount of protein/carbohydrates/ good fats. - avoid junck food and fried food for gaining weight - do some excercise daily - avoid stress - if you have any digestive issues correct that ..may be bcoz of that u r not gaining weight..for that i need ur full histroy -
