Actually I am suffering from fever for 24hours. I measured the temperature using thermometer and it's reading is 103 Fahrenheit approximately. I am also having severe headache and sometimes it feels like vomiting and also body pain. I took a paracetamol last night. Please help me out with this with some good solutions or home remedies. What to do or not. What to eat or not? Please reply . It's urgent.

The description of your symptoms points to viral fever which usually lasts for upto 5 days.At this stage take paracetamol 650 mg every 6 hours
To bring the fever under control.If the fever lasts more than 3-5 days do blood investigation including CBC , covid PCR test ,typhoid ,denue and malaria parasite test
