Using fiber-rich foods or supplements 1. Promote regular bowel movements 2. Reduce reliance on laxatives like cremaffin 3. Support healthy digestion Combining fiber with increased water intake can: 1. Soften stool 2. Ease bowel movements 3. Enhance overall digestive health Some high-fiber foods include: 1. Fruits (berries, apples) 2. Vegetables (broccoli, carrots) 3. Whole grains (brown rice, quinoa) 4. Legumes (beans)

Use of oats in ample amount. Use of isabgol husk three times  two tsf with  water slowly  reuse the cremafin dependence.  Both r harmless.  Full of fiber, keeps intestinal  mucosa greesed.

Since you are dependent, when we male plan for reducing it, we will have to agree for certain things. The very first things is to know what prompted you to start it in first place, and if that factor is still there or not. If it is there, then, instead of reducing creamaffin, we might first need to remove that, otherwise all efforts will be wasted.

Consult and share every detail.
