Cremaffin dosage
I have anal fissure. I have severe acidity as well. I am taking softovac 15gm and cremaffin syrup 20ml for fissure. I am taking medication for acidity as well. Since 2 days, i have been experiencing loose motion. I reduced cremaffin to 15ml but i still have loose motion. Since i have anal fissure, i can't stop cremaffin and make my stools hard. Please advise reduced dosage of cremaffin to stop loose motion yet keep my stools soft.

You can reduce your dose according to your need.start with 20 ml if loose motions than 15 ml and still loose motions 10 ml at night.

These are most of times lifestyle related problems. Along with cremaffin you should also have sitz bath atleast twice a day.
Sitz bath-luke warm to moderately warm water in a big tub, add a little detail if needed and sit in it for atleast 15 to 20 mins.
Also use more of Fibre rich diet such as vegetables and avoid sour, spicy meals.
Your diet should have atleast 50 to 60grams of fibres.
Use lignocaine gel for local application on fissure and try avoiding cremaffin for long term basis.
