How to gain wight equal to my hight
Hi my wight is 63 kg, compared to my wight should be 75kg for 6'1 hight, right now  i am healthy , pls suggeste me how to gain wight.

Start weight lifting exercise with good fats and high protein highly nutritious diet. Being low weight we always neglect the impact of exercise on our health . Add more calories with nutrition only . Start ur day with exercise and walk which. increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite Take high calorie & rich protein In ur diet. Add good fat and nuts in ur diet. Add plenty of water.
