High calories, like dates ladoo,banana / chikku shake add nuts ,aloo tikki , aloo paratha, add millets vegetable porridge with 1tsp cow ghee.etc Can take aswagandha with full fat milk before sleep.

Take home cooked meals comprising all nutrients macros and micros. Take good fats, carbs n protein. Limit all processed preserved packaged and outside food completely. Stop hard drinks and smoking if any. Take good water intake of atleast 3-4 lit a day. Alongwith the dietary changes, lifestyle modifications must be done like Physical activity for atleast 1 hour, time discipline should be fixed for all meals and other activities.
