I m too thin though i eat a lot still i don't gain any weight. Can you please suggest how can i gain some weight

Hello,, for weight gain you can go for the following suggestions : 1. Take small and frequent meals every 2-3 hours. 2. Walk after every meal for 10-15 minutes so that your digestion becomes better and you can  eat sufficiently. 3. Include dates and figs in your diet.

Hi Foods to be consumed when in underweight are sweet potato kheer, milk based kheer, full cream milk, milk and milk products, nuts, seeds, dry fruits, have Roots and tubers in moderation, moderate to low intensity exercises, low fiber food, all seasonal fruits and vegetables, dark green leafy vegetables, ghee in dal daily along with rice, good sleep and rest, home made sweets, banana almond milk shake upon rising on empty stomach..red bananas etc are all necessary for body to pick up some good weight.. Let me know ur present  weight . Eat plenty of vegetables fruits and greengram sprouts.for health fitnes. Exercise,yoga and play sports for good health.
