Sleep well from 10 pm -6 am
Choose milkshakes , ragi porridge, adai or pesarattu, millet based breakfast dishes .
Include thick dal or sambar with 1 cup curd with each meal . Choose high protein foods like paneer , non veg with lunch n dinner .
Snacks - dry fruit n nuts , besan ladoo, egg or paneer sandwich , curd based chaat, dhokla.
Avoid salads , sprouts , tea , coffee , buttermilk , wheat bread , drinking excess water before meals , junk food .
Always pick good with high amount of nutrients .
