I can understand the difficult situation that you are going through. It seems that there are some underlying negative events which are contributing to the mood and anxiety that you are facing. You can try and practice deep breathing and meditation when you feel an urge to skin pick , try and talking to your close family members and friends and spend quality time with them engaging in various activities which make your mood better . Go for regular exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Perhaps you have anxiety disorder or bipolar as you mentioned....
Antidepressants does not help in bipolar mostly....
Skin pricking antidepressants help...but we need a detail evaluation before any treatment plans ....
