Dear user
Thank you for your query.
There are certain simple ways to help you increase concentration as well as lower your stress levels :
1. Healthy lifestyle : healthy diet consisting of fresh fruits and vegetables and at least half an hour of exercise 3 times a week has proven to improve general well being and also increase your level of focus.
2. Meditation: It is scientifically proven that meditation increases concentration and reduces stress level.Try to begin your day by meditating for at least 10 minutes.
3. Set realistic goals : set up a realistic target and plan out how much you will study in a day.Do not panic if you are not able to achieve it. Try to write down at the end of the day how much you have studied and what were the factors that prevented you from achieving your target.
4. Certain mental disorders like depression or anxiety can also impair concentration.Seek professional help if your are dealing with these issues.
