Sleep? For last 5-6 days I have been feeling sleepy and fall asleep anytime like 5:00 pm or sometimes even after I get up

Hello.your sleep cycle has got disturbed. Avoid night watching TV.use soothing light n music for relaxation at bed time.don't eat much fried n junk food. Eat more of carbohydrates.don't force yourself. Do meditation if possible.

Hey,you have altered sleep cycle ,go to bed and get at right time ,don't sleep in day time ,avoid coffee ,tea in night ,don't watch TV ,computer while sleeping , do exercise daily in morning , don't worry too much ,don't strain yourself much
