I m using sensodyne paste but this is not 100 effective or beneficial for me so plz suggest me what I need to do

I do not understand why are you use sensodyn paste.if you feel cold sensitivity.there are different factor.so please contact your dentist for proper examination.

I don't feel the necessity for using sensodyne tooth paste at the age of 23.
Kindly do not use any desensitizing tooth paste without the advise of your dentist.
