How to avoid drowsiness
I have my exams going on because of which I need to study long hours continuously.. but I'm on antidepressants which make me drowsy and I am sleeping a lot because of them and not able to study ...what to do?? Please helpp

For how long have you been on anti depressants? In essence, these medication should make you alert. The sleepiness could be the effect of underlying depression. Yet, if the problem is persisting, you can visit your psychiatrist and ask for a change in medication. Maybe this one is not suiting you.

Hi Mam Thanks for seeking help here. Antidepressants you can use at early part of the evening like 8 pm for reduce daytime drowsiness. I suggest you to decrease and stop sleeping pills if it's not needed now... Hope you will do well in the exam.. good luck... Any future clarification please feel free for the discussion. You can change the schedule of the drugs and take them in the night before sleeping or you should take something that keeps you alert.
