Its good to have concern regarding your oral health. Twice brushing and flossing will obviously help. Continue doing so. You can use fluoridated toothpaste. Also visit a dentist once every 6 months to an year for routine check up of  your oral health and early diagnosis of any cavity or other issues.

Precautions for cavity prevention : 1. Avoid sticky food like maida, chips, caramel chocolate etc. as much as you can. These tend to stick in fissures of teeth and promote decay causing microbes. 2. After food please rinse the mouth properly. 3. Sugary drinks like coke if consumed repeatedly are also harmful for enamel. 4. Fluoride mouth rinses and toothpastes strengthen enamel - use regularly. 5. Regular checkups by dentist every 6 months.

Good oral and dental hygiene can help you avoid cavities and tooth decay. 1.Brush with fluoride toothpaste after eating or drinking. Brush your teeth at least twice a day and ideally after every meal, using fluoride-containing toothpaste. 2.Rinse your mouth. If your dentist feels you have a high risk of developing cavities, he or she may recommend that you use a mouth rinse with fluoride. 3.dental sealants. A sealant is a protective plastic coating applied to the chewing surface of back teeth. It seals off grooves and crannies that tend to collect food, protecting tooth enamel from plaque and acid. 4.Eat healthy foods. 5.fluoride treatments.
Next Steps
visit dental for preventive treatment.
