I Have Very Fearful Past ... there are so many Weird Event That happened In my Past like I was physically Abused In my Childhood, I was also suffered From OCD With Very Weird Theme, Also i was bully by Friends ...and that all events are Very Hurting For me ... I was suffering from This From My age 13 now there is 7 years are completed but Stilll I was Remember Each and every Event Clearly....And I can't even Tell To anyone ... But it is Affect My Life So much those all flash back come in my mind and I am become Restless... I am So Frustrated Because it is affecting My Study And Relationship...in my childhood i suffer everything alone without telling anyone i remember each day i was cry at night... And my 7 years of life that was gone like this ... Today everything is little bit good but That Weird Past I can't except... I can't move on from that past.. Please Tell Me how to overcome From this weird past...
