It seems to be social anxiety which leads to performance anxiety. It needs to be treated asap otherwise it may get complicated. It can be treated well with counseling sessions and homeopathic medicine effectively. You need an expert psychologist who is a good homeopathic physician.

Hello, Public speaking fear is normal but if it interferes with your daily activities, affects your grades, or causes you extreme discomfort then it becomes a source of concern. It is extremely important for us to understand why something like this is happening and this can only be done through a psychologist. It is primitive that you consult a psychologist for the same as they will help you navigate through the negative thoughts and feelings of fear. Apart from that in order to remain in control please try the grounding technique. Focus your attention onto something that you like and try focusing your breath while thinking about it. Second, try touching a few things around you to make a sense of them and concentrate there.

Panic is usually the outcome of anxiety. Some people are prone to remain in a state of anxiety with or without sufficient triggers. This may be because of many reasons like genetics, the family environment in which one grew up, mental health conditions that developed as time passed, existing living conditions that are anxiety-producing etc. It could also be because of some physical health conditions. Dealing with anxiety, I feel, is the first step towards managing panic attacks and start feeling better. In symptoms that you seem to be having, I feel you will require professional help from a psychologist or even from a psychiatrist who may prescribe medicines for some time. Once your symptoms get managed, it will be a good idea for you to have a few counselling sessions from a psychologist through which you will learn to handle future anxieties and stress more effectively.
Next Steps
Please consult a psychologist or a psychiatrist without any hesitation because your feeling better is more important than what others think about the way you achieve that better feeling..

Hi! It is better you seek counselling or therapy to analyse the issue and identify your triggers. Other than that you can practice medication, yoga and try and keep yourself calm by focusing on the way you are responding to the triggers. If you cannot control your environment, try and be more conscious of how you would want to respond it. Counsellors and Therapists can definitely help you with it.
Next Steps
Seek counselling/ therapy. Practice breathing techniques and different kind of activities that help you remain calm like music/art/painting.

It's great that you're taking steps to address your anxiety. In addition to exercise, consider practicing mindfulness and deep breathing techniques to help you stay calm in stressful situations. These can be powerful tools to manage panic naturally. Also, gradual exposure to the situations that trigger panic can desensitize you over time. Seek support from a therapist or counselor to explore the root causes of your anxiety and develop a personalized plan. You're on the right path, and with consistent effort, you can learn to control and reduce panic effectively. Stay patient and kind to yourself in the process.
