How often to check?
How often should we check our bp? I also do periodical blood tests for lipids, sugar, urea, creatinine. How often should we do these test just to know how well the body is doing internally?

You are 26 years old. At this age one reading in 5 years is sufficient if the readings are normal. If there are some abnormalities then your treating Doctor will decide how often you should get tested.
