Your protein requirement is roughly 110 GMs with kind of activity level you have. You should eat 2-3 egg whites daily with 250 ml milk daily. Other good sources of protein are bleach chana, paneer, nuts including peanuts, peas, mushrooms, soya (but to be taken once a wk only)
