I have been on Bipolar Disorder Type 1 for 21 years of total 6 episodes. The most recent and most severe relapse was in 2013, finally ECT brought me back to normal. After that, I have been on 900 mg Lithium and 5 mg Zyprexa for maintenance. Now because I got Tardive Dyskinesia, I need to replace Zyprexa with Lamictal. My question is: What's the dosage of Lamictal I need to take (combined with 900 mg Lithium) for long term maintenance.
BTW, I'm male, 43 yrs, Asian, 5'10,152 pound. Thanks a lot!

Hi, I can not tell you about dosage because I am a psychologist not psychiatrist. But I can advise you that with medications you should also visit psychologist for session, it will help you to get rid from your depression.
