Since the patient is 6 years old,need not worry about eruption of permanent teeth.
Age of eruption of upper front teeth range from 6-7.5years.
If there is no injury clinically, no need to worry.
But just for a follow up, an X ray can be done.
For some children there might be a slight delay in eruption of permanent teeth. It is always advisable to visit a dentist and get an x ray taken to ensure the positioning of teeth. Very rarely the permanent teeth May be absent

The permanent teeth usually come at 6-7 years of age. There is no problem for sure as the teeth will surely come. Just to be sure get an x-ray done.
