How is benign tumors treated for ovary

Asked for Female, 39 Years

Hi I am 39 year old female. I had a history of fibroid in my uterus and was undergoing treatment for the same. Recently on my sonography it has been seen that I have a growth in my ovary. On further test it has been detected as a benign tumour. Kindly suggest what further treatment will I have to undergo.
