Benign phyllodes tumor
Had lump in right breast since 1 month..consulted local doctor...was diagnosed as fibroadenoma of size 2cm through USG and FNAC..Local incision was taken by local doctor and the lump was removed... Biopsy showed benign phyllodes tumors as diagnosis... Should I follow wait and watch policy for its recurrence and then undergo surgery again or should I undergo wide local incision again immediately to prevent recurrence???

Hello I would advise you should get it excised. Why keep a lump unnecessary in the body ? Good Luck.
