How to treat benign tumour in brain

Hi my mother is 72 year and is been detected with a tumour in the brain. We found out after she got repeated spells of fainting. I am aware that tumour is cancerous. However the after all the reports the doctors have told that it is a benign tumour. kindly guide what are the symptoms of benign tumour and is it cancerous and dangerous as well?

Unless biopsy it is very difficult to differentiate between benign versus malignant tumor. Benign tumor can occur in brain but always maligancy to be ruled out. Please send the reports
